The ACC Inc. licensed clinics are staffed with qualified registered Nurses that will treat you with dignity and provide you with professional care.

ACC Inc. is contracted with most medical schemes to enable you to claim private nursing services according to your medical scheme’s benefit design.

Most of the primary healthcare services provided at ACC Inc. clinics fall within the benefit design of your medical scheme and it is therefore in your best interest to ask your ACC Inc. clinic Nurse about these services so as to avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses.

Selected ACC Inc. clinics offer an AlphaDoc Remote Care Service, which allows you to access a Virtual Doctor consultation via the highly specialized AlphaDoc Remote Care System whenever your condition fall outside of the scope of work of the ACC Inc. clinic Nurse. You can also make use of AlphaDoc to obtain a sick note or for the renewal of your chronic repeat prescription.
